At Redemption Missionary Group, we believe that empowering individuals through practical skills and economic opportunity is key to long-term transformation. Our Skills & Job Training program provides pathways to self-sufficiency and restored dignity through meaningful work.
We are committed to equipping underserved individuals — including youth, single parents, immigrants, and displaced workers — with vocational tools, life skills, and resources that lead to stable employment and entrepreneurial success.
Vocational Training Programs
We are committed to restoring dignity and empowering families through job readiness. Redemption Missionary Group partners with trusted schools and professionals to provide hands-on vocational training in key fields where there is growing demand, including:
Home Health Aide (HHA) Certification

At Redemption Missionary Group, transformation is more than a vision — it’s a lived reality. We have helped and continue to support more than 1,400 Haitian immigrants who arrived in the United States under the Biden administration’s humanitarian programs. Through compassionate guidance and practical resources, we are walking with these families as they build new lives with dignity and hope.
Our team provides vital information on immigration laws by organizing workshops and inviting trusted legal professionals and immigration specialists. We connect individuals with attorneys to assist them in filing legal documents, navigating asylum, or securing work permits.
Understanding the importance of communication, we guide participants toward free and accessible software to learn English, accelerating their integration into the workforce and society. We are also proud to partner with a professional school that offers Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) classes, opening doors to long-term, meaningful employment in the healthcare sector.
Our commitment doesn’t stop at the border. In Haiti, we’ve established a school that now educates 150 children completely free of charge. These young students receive not only academic instruction but also spiritual nurturing — investing in the next generation with the love of Christ.
