At Redemption Missionary Group, we believe that caring for the body is part of honoring the Creator. Our health initiatives are designed to serve the physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being of individuals—especially the vulnerable—reflecting the compassionate heart of Christ.
Accessible Health Care and Insurance Support
We assist individuals and families in underserved areas, especially in Haiti, in gaining access to affordable health care and health insurance. Our goal is to reduce medical burdens and promote preventive care through partnerships and advocacy.
Hygiene and Sanitation Programs
We distribute hygiene kits, build sanitation infrastructure (such as latrines and handwashing stations), and educate communities on proper hygiene practices to prevent disease and promote healthy living, especially in areas with limited resources.
Maternal and Child Health
We support expecting mothers and newborns by offering prenatal and postnatal care, maternal education, nutritional support, and basic medical services. We aim to reduce maternal and infant mortality while affirming the sanctity of life.
Mental and Emotional Support
Recognizing the deep impact of trauma, poverty, and displacement, we provide counseling services, faith-based emotional support, and group workshops to restore hope and healing through Christ-centered care.
Our health programs are rooted in love and dignity—declaring that every life matters and deserves to be nurtured in body, soul, and spirit.
ASSISTANCE TO ELDERS AND CHILDREN
Caring for the Vulnerable with Compassion and Dignity : The heart of God is especially drawn to the vulnerable—including the elderly and the children. Redemption Missionary Group prioritizes programs that minister to both groups by addressing their physical, emotional, spiritual, and social needs.
Programs for Elders:
Retirement and Assisted Living Homes: Establishing care centers equipped with medical and spiritual services, including on-site sanctuaries for worship (Isaiah 46:4).
Home Visit Programs: Mobilizing volunteers to visit and care for elderly members who live alone or have limited mobility.
Community Engagement: Involving seniors in mentorship programs where they can share wisdom and spiritual guidance with the younger generation.
Programs for Children:
Educational Support: Offering scholarships, after-school tutoring, and mentorship for orphans and children from low-income families.
Nutrition and Health Programs: Providing meals, clothing, and basic healthcare to vulnerable children.
Faith Formation: Creating safe spaces (church camps, Sunday schools, Bible clubs) for children to learn about Jesus Christ and grow in faith (Mark 10:14).
Our ministry to elders and children reflects our core belief that every life has value, and that caring for the least among us is a direct reflection of our love for Christ (Matthew 25:40).
