"But remember the Lord your God, for it is he who gives you the ability to produce wealth, and so confirms his covenant, which he swore to your ancestors, as it is today."

— Deuteronomy 8:18 (NIV)

Empowering Communities for Sustainable Living

Redemption Missionary Group believes that holistic ministry includes not only spiritual care but also practical empowerment. Recognizing the economic challenges that affect many of the communities we serve, our mission incorporates transformative economic development programs designed to lift individuals and families out of poverty and into self-sufficiency.

Key Initiatives:

  • Entrepreneurial Training: Providing workshops and mentorship on small business development, financial literacy, and cooperative management (Proverbs 13:11).

  • Microfinance and Microgrants: Offering small loans or grants to individuals and groups to launch income-generating projects in agriculture, retail, or skilled trades.

  • Job Creation Programs: Partnering with local leaders and businesses to identify skill gaps and create employment opportunities through training and internships.

  • Agricultural and Farming Projects: Promoting food security through sustainable farming techniques, livestock initiatives, and seed distribution programs (Genesis 26:12).

Our goal is to create economically empowered communities that are equipped to support themselves and to contribute meaningfully to the work of the Kingdom and the well-being of their regions.

Empowering Individuals. Restoring Dignity. Transforming Communities.

Redemption Missionary Group is committed to breaking the cycle of poverty by equipping individuals and families with tools for economic empowerment. Rooted in biblical compassion and stewardship, our livelihood programs focus on sustainable development and long-term independence.

  • Entrepreneurship & Microenterprise Support:
We provide training in business fundamentals, mentorship, and access to microloans for aspiring entrepreneurs—helping them launch or grow small businesses that serve their communities and create generational impact (Proverbs 31:16).

  • Agricultural Development & Sustainability:
Through seed distribution, farming tools, and training in modern, sustainable techniques, we equip farmers—especially in rural areas—with the ability to increase yield and income while preserving the land God has entrusted to them (Genesis 2:15).

  • Economic Empowerment for Women & Families:
We promote gender-inclusive economic growth by connecting women and families to local and global markets, offering vocational training, and supporting cooperatives that strengthen community resilience.

  • Job Skills & Workforce Readiness:
Our vocational training centers prepare youth and adults with practical skills in trades such as construction, technology, health services, and crafts. We also assist with job placement to ensure lasting employment and dignity through work (Colossians 3:23).

Through these efforts, Redemption Missionary Group fosters communities that are not only spiritually alive, but also economically empowered to thrive and bless others.
